Meet the implementation partners responsible for the service design, content creation and technical delivery of the ComSkills Ukraine video e-learning cloud service.
Caroline is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and is a highly experienced communications specialist who started her career in advertising with Publicis. She subsequently moved into PR consultancy and was a board director at the leading UK PR consultancy, Grayling. Caroline is a CIPR trainer, lecturer, and moderator of the CIPR’s Advanced Certificate in Public Relations course.
Caroline offers strategic communication consultancy designed to help people develop their communication and management skills. She has a particular interest in presenting and speaking and influencing skills to improve individual and team performance. Caroline is accredited to use the Myers Briggs® Type Indicator and is a qualified coach and counsellor.
Caroline is also the author of the PR industry textbook The Public Relations Practitioner’s Desktop Guide. Her current clients include the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the Cabinet Office and related government departments.
Andy has over 25 years’ experience in the software and information services sector. He has worked for companies including Perfect Information, Excalibur Technologies, Business Objects, and Convera, creating information and data services for clients that included Jane’s Information, Reuters, Associated Newspapers, ProQuest, Factiva, and United Business Media (UBM).
In 2005 he switched to marketing, PR, and communications and has since been Head of Digital for a leading PR consultancy, managed Honda’s social media monitoring, directed social media campaigns for Vodafone as well as training Vodafone’s B2B sales and marketing teams in digital skills.
For the last five years, Andy has run his digital consultancy Andy Black Associates helping UK SME’s with digital transformation. He is also a specialist contractor at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office training diplomats in digital communication skills, and a lecturer at University College London (UCL) teaching critical modules in the Diplomacy and International Communications MA course. Andy is the technical lead in the implementation team and is an approved G-Cloud 12 supplier of cloud services to the UK government.
Mark is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Painters & Printmakers. (RE) and has over 30 years’ experience in art, design, technology, e-commerce, and the web. Mark’s experience includes working in Silicon Valley as a Global Art Director designing digital UI/UX services for clients that included Warner Brothers and Lucas Arts.
Mark’s consultancy Eyelid Productions specialises in WordPress websites, hosting, website content design, SEO, e-commerce, e-learning, and mobile apps. Mark recently developed an award-winning low-cost, cloud service for UK local government used by over 120 UK government websites.
Mark is also a published author, artist, illustrator, historian, Egyptologist, and ex-parish council chairman. Mark currently serves as an elected Conservative Party councilor, helping local communities in Hereford and supporting the work of the Rt Hon Jesse Norman MP.
Dr Andriy Voynarovsky
Dr. Andriy Voynarovsky has a Ph.D. in Philosophy and is a senior specialist at the Professional Development Center and a member of the digital and social media team at the Diplomatic Academy.
He is heavily involved in the implementation of the strategic communication strategy. Including the preparation of research and reports, creating data visualisations; the global monitoring of critical topics, entities, and events; the management of professional training for Ukrainian diplomats and state employees; communication with the foreign partners of the Academy and liaising with key-note speakers, and lecturers.
Andriy’s interests include diplomatic and military history, digital diplomacy, and Ukraine’s role in the Baltic-Black Sea area.
